Fred Riggs' Celebration of Life

On February 9, 2008, Emeritus Professor Fred Riggs passed away.

Fred understood very well what it was like to work one's way through college with little or no support other than what one has earned. In Fred's memory, his family has asked that donations be given in the memory of Fred, and awarded to one or more needy student(s) at the discretion of the Chair or Acting Chair of the UHM Political Science department. In accordance with their wishes, the Department is accepting contributions to its Enrichment Account.
